【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamicrobiologicalscreeningmethodforthedetectionofirradiationtreatmentofherbsandspices,usingthecombineddirectepifluorescentfiltertechnique(DEFT)andaerobicplatecount(APC).TheDEFT/APCtechniqueisnotradiationspecific,therefore,itisrecommendedtoconfirmpositiveresultsusingastandardisedmethod(e.g.EN1788,prEN13751)tospecificallyproveanirradiationtreatmentofthesuspectedfood.Themethodhasbeensuccessfullytestedininterlaboratorytestswithherbsandspices[1]to[5].
